**Mission**:To craft accessible math learning experiences based in math education research that foster conceptual understanding and student thinking. We aim to develop problem-solving, reasoning, creativity, and communication skills in learners, preparing them for meaningful contribution.

**Product**: Innovamat has developed a research-based, fully-resourced curriculum program. With Innovamat, kids from 3 to 16 years old learn math through manipulative materials and highly dynamic lessons focused on problem-solving, communication skills, and critical thinking. We provide a shift in traditional instruction and learning.

**What will be your mission?**

As a Strategy Associate reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will work closely with the leadership team (including the CEO) on high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives. Your role will be varied, analytical, and fast-paced. You will:

- Lead and support strategic projects across different areas of the company, working closely with teams from Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and more.
- Prepare and coordinate quarterly investor updates and materials for Board meetings, ensuring clear and insightful communication of business performance.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and support our growth in current and new markets.
- Translate data and insights into presentations that support strategic discussions and decision-making.
- Gain exposure to the company’s key challenges and priorities, working hand-in-hand with top leadership and gaining a holistic view of the business.
- Bring structure, insight, and momentum to complex and ambiguous problems.

- Availability to work **on-site in Barcelona**and open to travel to our core markets if needed.

**Nice to have**:
