We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.** We are seeking an **Associate Director Biopharma Industrial Risk & Business Continuity Plans** to define Policies, Standards and Procedures for Governance on Industrial Risk at Biopharma and development of Business Continuity Plans. Perform joint actions with other stakeholders and execute Biopharma mitigation plans. Participate in the cross functional Risk Management Committee, accountable to evaluate, approve and prioritize all Grifols risk management initiatives **What your responsibilities will be** - Define and optimize supply chain or industrial operations policies, processes, and systems to ensure risk mitigation. - Collaborate cross-functionally (Procurement, Industrial, Quality, Regulatory and R&D; IT, Facilities, Engineering and E2E, Supply Chain/Logistics) to align Biopharma Industrial Operations with business goals. - Own global material master data and supply risk management. - Define and monitor supply chain risk KPIs. - Lead business continuity planning. - Participate in the Biopharma Industrial Risk Evaluation Committee. - Assess and mitigate risks related to raw materials, facilities, process, flows, suppliers and services. - Evaluate contract manufacturing, tenders’ fulfilment risks and disaster recovery plans. **Who you are** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
