Bid and Tender Solutions Consultant with French will be responsible for:

- Execute Tender project management cycle including coordination of technical and administrative parts of RfP's and tenders and biddings (dedicated to Public Sector).
- Act as First point of contact for screening of new requests and ensure complete delivery cycle delivery of project proposals, collaborating with European Tender Teams and national stakeholders including Key Account Management team.
- Provide analyses and information on respective client relationship.
- Support the business in the preparation of national and international PSA, ensuring documentation and contracts and proposals are in line with group compliance and strategy. Review terms in cooperation with team and legal departments as well as supporting in the risk assessment of existing PSA.
- Ensure CRM and project tracking's are up to date with newest data.
- Assist in maximizing tender business opportunities.
- Follow up of ongoing requests and monitor PSA performance.

Immediate Incorporation|Indefinite Term Contract

Bid and Tender Solutions Consultant with French requires:

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics Management, Business & Law or related field; or has equivalent experience
- **Fluency in French and English is a must**:

- Strong interest in working with contracts and proposals combined with a solution-oriented business mindset
- Good using knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Public sector and specific processes
- Close attention to details
- Demonstrate commitment to achieve excellence for our customers
