We are looking for proactive, dynamic and energetic people, with customer and commercial orientation for our **Contact Centre** in Benidorm.

The main responsibilities are:

- Customized attention, information and booking management for national and international customers.
- Advice and sale skills regarding rent-a-car products.

Minimum requirements:

- Advanced Level of English and Spanish (second language will be valued: Portuguese, Italian, Greek, German, Russian or French). A level test will be required.
- Work experience in customer service.
- Driving licence and own car (not compulsory but advisable).
- University studies or Secondary School degrees in Customer Service or Tourism will be valued.
- High-medium level knowledge of Microsoft office and social networks.
