**About the role**:
We are looking to hire a Talent Development Manager to craft and guide our global learning and talent philosophy and initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for performance management & talent development and learning strategies.
We're looking for someone who can take a unique and creative approach to competency mapping and future-focused talent management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the evolution of the performance management experience at Andela - from tools & systems to internal talent development to creating development plans, defining growth opportunities and talent mapping
- Provide direction on development content and programs for all employees across different levels and organizations (early-stage, high-potential, manager, executive leadership and more)
- Enhance our ability to retain and grow talent (including internal career management strategy, career pathing, competencies frameworks, internal communication)
- Analyze and measure implementation and success of launched initiatives
- Partner closely with Business Partners, Internal Communication team, People Success Director and Leadership team to create and deliver learning and talent strategies
**Basic requirements**
- 8+ years of experience with talent development
- American English fluency, both written and spoken
- Skilled at developing leadership and functional competencies
- Expertise in developing and analyzing assessments
- Previous experience in talent and performance management
**Nice to have**
- Use of Lattice
- Superb communication skills and interpersonal relationships
- Dedication to encouraging talent development across the world
