Our client is a leading company at the forefront of developing the next generation of AI-driven tools for the finance industry and beyond. With over 20 years of experience as a big data analytics provider, they serve some of the world’s top hedge funds, banks, and asset managers. Their solutions help enhance returns, reduce risk, and drive operational efficiency by integrating public information into financial models. Leveraging their strong foundation, they are launching a new suite of GenAI and SaaS services designed specifically for financial professionals.

**Responsibilities**:
The Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master will oversee multiple small-to-medium scale projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to deployment. Key responsibilities include facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The role involves working closely with product owners and development teams to define the mínimal viable product, refine the product backlog, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion. Additionally, the role will involve risk management, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative environment to promote innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with a thorough understanding of software development processes.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience in Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and resource management software.
- Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and compliance requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience working in multi-cultural teams, comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- European Union legal working status is required.
