LA OPORTUNIDAD:
Reportando a la dirección de Marketing, colaborará en la definición de la estrategia de las marcas asignadas así como el desarrollo de la categoría, responsabilizándose de la implantación y ejecución de los proyectos que de ella se deriven, así como del posicionamiento de marca y la estrategia a medio y largo plazo.

CONTRIBUIRÁS A TRÁVES DE:

- Controlará y tendrá total conocimiento de las categorías y de los canales relevantes para la misma, incluyendo análisis internos, externos, de competencia y de evolución del negocio.
- Participará de forma activa en la definición de la estrategia de la marca/categoría en todos sus ámbitos (producto, precio, promoción, publicidad y comunicación).
- Realizará los análisis necesarios para argumentar la estrategia definida para la categoría.
- Propondrá el plan de Marketing de su marca/categoría, con especial énfasis en el plan de innovación y la mejora continua del portfolio existente.
- Colaborará con los departamentos de Trade Marketing y Digital Marketing en la ejecución de la estrategia en los canales relevantes para la marca/categoría.
- Interacción y coordinación con equipo global de innovación
- Gestionará el presupuesto de su marca/categoría

LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO:

- Licenciatura en Economía, ADE, Empresariales o similar.
- Experiência mínima de dos años en departamento de marketing con evidencias de gestión de portfolio, desarrollo de innovación, manejo de proyectos y gestión de negocio de la categoría asignada.
- Conocimientos informáticos medios de paquete office.
- Alta capacidad analítica y de organización, planificación y seguimiento de proyectos.
- Imprescindible alto nível de inglés.
- Persona con habilidades de comunicación y relaciones interpersonales, proactiva, pasión y ganas de trabajar en equipo en una empresa multinacional
