- Faurecia’s VIE Program_

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

PLEASE NOTE: As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

**Your position and environment?**

Our **Faurecia Interior System Business Group **is looking for you as **Junior Program Buyer VIE (f/m/d) **in our plant in** Valencia, Spain**.**
- Your role and responsibilities_

Junior Program Buyer VIE support deployment and defined the commodity strategy for its assigned commodities. His/her role is to manage relationship / negotiation with suppliers, pilot the utilization of supplier panel in programs and series production during sourcing, and ensure supplier performance.

**The main missions of the role are**:

- Ensure supplier selection from the agreed supplier panel: identify and consult suppliers, manages supplier RFQ based on panel given by the Commodity Buyers. Negotiate or participate with the Commodity Buyer in supplier negotiations and the final choice of supplier (leads sourcing committee process to select suppliers from list provided by commodity buyers)
- Follow direct performance during the program phase: manage suppliers, compare costs with objectives, ensure quality during the program phase, respect delivery deadlines and in particular ensure that the program phase reviews are supported within the framework of the Faurecia Program Management System (PMS)
- Ensure early involvement of the Series Buyers in the program before the series phase
- Manage specific mandated suppliers when requested and agreed with customers
- Negotiate Engineering Change Requests

The mission will last **12 months**. Renewable 12 month.

Significant experience or apprenticeship in Purchasing

First experience preferable in industrial environment
- Nice to have: Automotive experience would be an advantage_

- Strong Knowledge of supply portfolio and market research and analysis
- Deep understanding of business practices, market dynamics and trends
- Results oriented
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to influence
- IT System basic knowledge (Excel, SAP etc.)
- Demonstrated good communication skills and autonomy
- English fluent
- International mindset
