Electrimega is the subcontractor that provide us Airport Maintenance services in the Canary Islands.

This will allow us cost savings in the project since we are going to descope some tasks from Electrimega's contract, the main valuable benefit for the business is the presence and availability within the Canary Islands.

Técnico de mantenimiento de campo, responsable de la resolución de problemas técnicos, fallos de hardware o software, así como de la instalación de elementos que mejoren el rendimiento de los sistemas desarrollado por DTN. Estará encargado de la diagnosis de errores técnicos y de la identificación de soluciones. Será responsable de ejecutar los servicios de mantenimiento preventivo en campo, haciendo uso de procedimientos y prácticas estándares En estas tareas, interactuará directamente con los Clientes, con el objeto de dar el mejor servicio de mantenimiento posible.

El objetivo de este puesto es garantizar que se cumplen los compromisos de los servicios de mantenimiento con los Usuarios de los sistemas

Este puesto reportará al Gerente de Proyectos y asesorará sobre cualquier asunto de Servicio Técnico o Soporte.

Habilidades básicas
- Vigilar, controlar los sistemas en producción asegurando la mejora continua de los procesos.
- Mantener, resolver los mantenimientos correctivos y preventivos indicados por cliente.
- Diagnosticar, prevenir incidencias en sistemas mantenidos, detectar y solventar el origen de la incidencia.
- Reparar, resolver pequeñas reparaciones de naturaleza electrónica y eléctrica.
- Coordinar, mantener contacto con equipo técnico local y remoto ante incidencia.
- Participar, aportar soluciones para el continuo desarrollo de la actividad.
- Organizar, planificar y ejecutar tareas diarias relacionadas con el desarrollo de la actividad y realizar la gestión documental.
- Comunicar, mantener comunicaciones activas con responsables de proyectos, técnicos de mantenimiento.

Habilidades avanzadas
- Conocimientos en electrónica, comprensión de circuitos, reparaciones básicas.
- Autómatas programables PLC.
- Conocimientos en electricidad, baja tensión, reglamento, elementos de protección.
- Redes y comunicaciones, protocolos de comunicación, configuración básica de redes, redes locales, VPNs, escritorios remotos.
- Dominio software GMAO (sistemas gestión mtto)
- Conocimientos sobre redes de comunicaciones industriales y protocolos.
- Trabajo en entorno aeroportuario.
- Imprescindible disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos locales y a nível nacional

**Job Description**:
Field services and maintenance technician. Responsible for the installation and/or resolution of technical matters, system software and or hardware failures, product performance issues and user quality improvements. Diagnoses errors or technical problems and identifies solutions Performs field based preventative maintenance services using standard procedures and practices. While executing these tasks, he/she will directly interact with customer to provide the best possible maintenance service.

The main goal of this position is to warranty the Maintenance Service levels defined in the agreement with the customer are fully achieved.

This position reports to the Project Manager and will provide full Support to the system developed and maintained by DTN

Core skills
- Monitor, control production systems ensuring continuous improvement of processes.
- Maintain, solve the corrective and preventive maintenance requested by the customer.
- Diagnose, prevent incidents in monitored systems, detect, and solve the origin of the incident.
- Repair, resolve minor repairs of electronic and electrical nature.
- Coordinate, maintain contact with local and remote technical team in the event of incidents.
- Participate, provide solutions for the continuous improvement of the activity.
- Organize, plan and execute daily tasks related to the development of the activity and carry out document management.
- Communicate, keep active communications with project managers, maintenance technicians.

Advanced skills
- Knowledge of electronics, understanding of circuits, basic repairs.
- PLC programmable controllers.
- Knowledge of electricity, low voltage, regulations, protection elements.
- Networks and communications, communication protocols, basic network configuration, local networks
