JOB DESCRIPTION:
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
We are seeking a creative, proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn marketeer with a sound knowledge of the travel industry and preferably accommodation wholesale experience to be able not to only deliver successful campaigns for chains and hotel partners but also play an instrumental role in the re-shaping of the products on offer aligning with current market trends.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Support the drive of opportunities for major international hotel chains, individual hotels, and other suppliers as well as work with key internal stakeholders to deliver the contracted campaigns.- Interact with external partners and stakeholders to facilitate the partnership marketing activation.- Relationship building with internal teams, suppliers, and international client partners.- Attend regular internal meetings- Support the creation and development of Hotelbeds group Partnership Marketing programs.- Account Management and ownership of campaign implementation.- Ensure product, partner experience teams and marketing collaborate to build an efficient partnership by reviewing periodically processes and results.- Collaborate with sales, sourcing, product, loading, and supplier Income teams to ensure targets and KPIs are met- Identify and develop new sponsorship opportunities- Create and maintain a partnership marketing calendar in line with wither marketing plans.- Produce end-of-campaign reports that prove ROI for our clients- Support sourcing teams on proposal building to ensure the right opportunities are being offered to our partners.- Be on top of industry trends - both in the accommodation wholesale, hotel, and travel distribution industries.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS- At least 2 years of experience in a Partnership Marketing/ Account Manager role- Writing and copy-editing experience- Ability to communicate and work well with others- Strong computer and organizational skills.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.- Exceptional attention to detail and project/campaign management skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Hands-on Experience with MS Office including advanced Excel skills.- Knowledge of google analytics- Fluent in both written and spoken english is a must.- Highly professional work ethic- A genuine interest and experience in the hotel and accommodation industry (Travel industry)- Excellent presentation skills- Solution-focused- Negotiation skills are key to this role.- Proficient in digital marketing platforms (ideally Marketo and Drupal) and Salesforce.OTHER DESIRED SKILLS-
- Other languages will be advantageous.- Experience in working with content syndication tools and social media platforms would be an advantage- Agency management experience or working within an agency environment managing multiple clients is desirable.- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
