JOB DESCRIPTION:
**Tasks**:
- Provide support and creates balance in the time and scope of executing projects under the direct supervision of the Project Manager / Programme Manager in an establishment.- Collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out project files to the right personnel, workers, and stakeholders.- Take records of all project items or meetings and see to it that they are adequately delivered to the various departments.- Make arrangements for meetings, presentations, seminars and trainings being organized and call the attention of the Programme Manager to them where and when they are needed.

Skills needed:
- Experience in event organization or experience working in educational centers or in a similar position- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint)- Outstanding communication skills in English and Spanish (fluent)- Ability to solve problems effectively combined with attention to detail- Willingness to travel- Proactive approach with good organizational and planning skills
