**Project Overview**:
As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Nuvolar, you'll play a key role in client projects, leveraging your **Salesforce knowledge and business analysis skills**. Your commercial experience, problem-solving mindset, and creative approach will be crucial in** supporting, advising, designing, building, delivering, and maintaining** our Salesforce ecosystem from start to finish.

Collaborating with project managers to drive Salesforce adoption and optimization, you'll create **business requirements, draft specifications, map process flows, contribute to design and configuration**, and oversee testing and deployment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a **Salesforce Business Analyst,** your responsibilities will include:

- Participate in client discovery sessions with a primary focus on documentation of **existing business processes and identifying client need**s.
- Evaluate and manage m**ultiple customer solutions** and projects effectively.
- Configuration of client Salesforce platform including structure and f**unctionality, troubleshooting, deployment and data upload.**:

- **Design, build, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions** for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies
- Excellent knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
- **Translate requirements into functional specifications** for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Experience writing **user stories**: write clear, concise, and actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria to guide development teams.
- Identify gaps and propose innovative solutions.
- Oversee **data migration,** ensuring integrity and accuracy.
- Implement Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
- Work closely with **Salesforce developers, administrators, and third-party vendors.**

**Must-Have Technical Skills**:

- **3 + years** of experience working with Salesforce on different platforms.
- Proficient in** Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.**:

- Familiar with tools like **JIRA, Gantt, Trello, and Confluence.**:

- A **critical thinker **who tackles complex problems for leading global brands, collaborates effectively, and drives successful outcomes for clients.
- Capable of communicating **Salesforce multi-cloud capabilities** and limitations clearly to customers.
- Skilled at simplifying **complex technical concepts** for diverse stakeholders, including developers, project managers, executives, and clients of all technical backgrounds.
- Adaptable and able to manage a **variety of projects of different size**s and across various organizations.
- Enthusiastic about piecing together the components of each project.
- **Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.**

**Certifications**:

- Mandatory**: Administrator and Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.**:

- Good to have: Business Analyst, Platform App Builder and/or Marketing Cloud Certification.
