**We are looking for a Signage Program Coordinator for our EMEA Operations business line.**

**Role Summary-**
The role is part of a JLL team working closely with one of our most dynamic & fast-growing Clients from the E-commerce industry. The primary objective of the Signage Program Coordinator is to support the Signage team by performing a wide range of activities to ensure consistency and efficiency in the implementation of the Signage Program in EMEA.

**What This Job Involves-**:

- Support Signage team in all signage related topics, including processes, standards, best practices, tracking metrics, data sourcing, dashboards, etc.
- Support Signage Program Manager in keeping up to date the Signage Brand Books and respective order forms.
- Create and maintain program documentation such us: SOPs, reports and training material.
- Coordinate and collaborate with a wide variety of CPG, IFM, S&O and other client-side stakeholders in the delivery of signage projects.
- Support delivery of one-time regional and global signage related initiatives.
- Support Signage team to facilitate cross-discipline signage related communications, info-sessions and trainings.
- Support the management of signage vendors: tracking of errors, KPI review, QBRs
- Elaborate excel data bases and benchmarks.
- Act as back up for Signage Team members when travelling or on leave.
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in multi-cultural corporate environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or experience in Property Management, Business Administration, Architecture or Engineering
- High Level of English
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Experience in real estate is a plus
