**The role of the Program Coordinator Trainee**

Reporting to the Learning Experience Program Manager and based in Madrid, the Program Coordination Trainee will collaborate in the smooth execution of the different ISDI programs.

**Key tasks**
- Manage the Virtual Campus and the different academic materials and contents.
- Use Salesforce and Google to schedule the different sessions
- Help with the relationship with experts and professors
- Support students and walk them through their learning journey at ISDI
- Follow up both online and face to face sessions, guaranteeing they go smoothly, solving any possible incidences.
- Manage the continuous feedback system, sending and analyzing surveys.

**Requirements**:

- Current Bachelors' or Masters' Degree students who would like to start their career in a digital ecosystem. Therefore, being able to sign up an agreement with a university is a must.
- Native/high level Spanish, medium to high level of English
- Passionate about technology and new trends
- Organized, great interpersonal skills and good communicator
- Startup mindset
