The TikTok Community is the heart and soul of TikTok. The Content Operations team's mission is to facilitate the growth and development of Creators and Publishers to bring the best high quality content to TikTok, by increasing their engagement through content initiatives and product adoption programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the implementation of strategies that contribute to the attraction, retention, and motivation of creators, publishers, agencies, and stakeholders to build long-term relationships that align with platform goals.
- Execute & operationalise content and product programs to incentivise engagement, collaboration, and community building, including the use of editorial tools.
- Act as the first point of contact for creator and talent agency inquiries. Resolve doubts, provide technical support, and channel specific questions to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Analyze performance metrics and programs/initiatives results to monitor objective completion and inform areas of improvement.
- Identify and nurture emerging talent, ensuring a pipeline of diverse creators aligned with platform values and priorities. and goals.
- Manage (directly or through an agency) all logístical aspects necessary to execute successful activations with creators.
- Develop scalable communication materials, including newsletters and training sessions. Organize webinars, workshops, and events to enhance creativity and strengthen relationships with creators.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as updating databases, managing contracts and payments, and ensuring payment timelines are met.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communication, or project management roles.
- Experience working with creators is preferred.
- Multitasking Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage with creators from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong Understanding of the Creator Ecosystem: In-depth knowledge of the creator ecosystem in the Spanish market, particularly on TikTok, and familiarity with current digital content trends.
- Confident with data analysis and reporting.
- Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and advanced English language skills.
