This role is based in our Madrid office. **Responsibilities**: - Grow and nurture creators through both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication. - Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans to increase creators’ content production, compliance, and monetization on the eCommerce platform. - Implement tiered management strategies (top-tier, mid-tier, long-tail creators) to maximize ROI and efficiency. - Analyze creator performance data (engagement, conversion, ROI) and use insights to optimize traffic and campaign strategies. - Organize online and offline activities to improve content quality and creators’ understanding of eCommerce policies. - Coordinate with brands and sellers to facilitate creator-brand collaborations and partnerships. - Manage cross-team communication to ensure smooth delivery of creator-related initiatives. - Support all creator-related operational tasks when required. **Qualifications**: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Strong data & analytical skills; ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights. - Proven ability to manage multiple creators/projects simultaneously and prioritize deliverables. - Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written). Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, Consulting & Market Research - Familiarity with paid advertising strategies and performance metrics. - Experience in conflict resolution and long-term creator relationship management. - Experience in planning/executing training programs, webinars, or workshops. - Prior experience as a content creator is a plus.
