Are you a confident communicator with demonstrable skills in customer service and sales? We have exciting opportunities to join a fast-growing, international company based in Barcelona. Full-time, permanent contracts with training and relocation support available, attractive salary plus commissions. The successful applicant will be a native-level speaker of English and will an excellent standard of customer service alongside a track record in sales.

**Requirements**:

- Native level of English
- Experience in sales (cross-selling, up-selling)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- IT literacy and technical understanding
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Interest in technology and IT products
- Experience in cross-selling / up-selling
- Good listener and friendly personality
- Must have an EU passport or the legal right to live and work in Spain.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure SLAs are met in customer response times
- Outbound calls will be required to manage some customer queries
- Use CRM systems to effectively manage customer post sales related tasks
- Create and issue quotations, follow up
- Ensure knowledge of the product portfolio and sales processes are always up-to-date

**Package**:

- Full-time contract
- Salary: €19,000 gross per year + 2K variable Bonus
- Relocation package
- Assistance to obtain TIE, Social Security and Spanish Bank Account.
- Ongoing training
- Opportunity to advance within the company
