**We are looking for experienced and ambitious people with knowledge of software and solution selling, who can expand our business with new and existing customers in the European region**.
Currently, we are looking to add 2 new sales professionals to our team, and depending on your level of expertise and amount of experience, the responsibilities of the role can be adjusted to match your competencies.
You will join our office in Madrid, Spain, and become part of a great, international sales team, and it is essential that you have both the motivation and experience to work with international sales to customers across the European region.

**Your role**

**Drive the sale of our SCADA software solutions to key customers in the renewable industry.**
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers and establishing the relationship needed to execute opportunities for SCADA International’s software solutions, as well as maintaining and developing sales with existing customers.
The position will require a strong hunter-mindset as well as the ability to communicate and sell on all levels in an organization, and we expect that you have the ability, experience, and ambition to take ownership of coordinating strategic initiatives for your own accounts and executing them.
Your main responsibilities as our Sales Manager will be to:

- manage individual account strategies for key customers.
- deliver new accounts and raise sales with existing customers.
- identify and analyze new potential customers and customer segments.
- build a strong network of customers in the European renewables market.
- deliver input to sales strategy development.
- increase awareness of our brand and products at trade fairs and other relevant events.
You should expect to travel for the job around 50-75 days a year.

**Your profile**

**Do you have a strong commercial profile and a hunter’s mindset?**
The ideal fit for the position as Sales Manager is someone who holds a relevant academic degree, combined with 5+ years of commercial experience in the renewable energy market, and has an innovative, entrepreneurial, commercial mindset and the ability to understand and explain how a complex product portfolio can be applied to meet the needs of our customers.
To be successful in this role, you:

- possess a lot of personal drive and a strong winning mindset.
- have obtained great sales results at key account level.
- have experience selling software solutions and can negotiate at top management level.
- are motivated by building new business opportunities from the ground up.
- can take the lead from identifying new opportunities to closing deals with customers.
- can describe solutions to customers in a trustworthy and sincere manner.
- demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- are fluent in English and one other language, either German, Spanish, or Danish.
