**Santander Consumer Finance Global Services is looking for a Global Business Intelligence & Analytics Senior Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a Global Business Intelligence & Analytics Senior Analyst, you will continuously develop and improve our central capabilities to derive insight from data, supporting our OEM customers and local markets to generate value for the business wherever this can be driven by data.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Report commercial performance to our OEM partners at European level
- Be the central contact point for our OEM partners and coordinate questions and projects related to data, reporting and analysis at European level
- Act as the product owner of our central online analysis & reporting tools within an agile team organisation
- Further develop the existing European Auto Finance data base and oversee local implementation projects ensuring quality of data and processes
- Manage a portfolio of predictive modelling projects related to customer loyalty
- Identify (or co-create) best practices in the field of intelligent use of data to boost commercial performance and extrapolate them across markets and OEMs

EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience working with big amounts of data combined with strong functional focus, ideally in consulting and/or in an international environment

EDUCATION
- Studies of Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in the field of data analysis and visualization - e,g. SQL, SAS, Python, R, PowerBI, Qlik
- Ability to understand business problems and translate them into adequate analytical solutions, as well as ability to explain these solutions in a convincing way to commercial audiences
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Committed, pro-active, results oriented, organized and assertive personality, and an excellent team player
- Ideally, experience and/or good knowledge of the auto finance industry and/or auto industry
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Other European languages will be appreciated
