**The role**:
The Business Analyst helps to support and maximize the effectiveness of the Product Owner, supporting the creation of user stories to an adequate level of granularity, assessing options for technical and business feasibility and ensuring development is aligned to business outcomes. The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business information during release and iteration planning, as well as supporting the review and re-prioritization of the release backlog. Providing regular feedback by testing deliverables against user story acceptance criteria and validating that the product meets the business goals. Typically reports to the Chapter Lead.
**Responsibilities for the role will include**:
- Contributes to benefit case analysis and feeds output into business cases
- Creation of user stories as input in the Agile delivery
- Identifies and documents Business, network and IT dependencies across our Operational, Technology and IT teams. Ensures integration of this information with programme timelines to identify any gaps and conflicts for transformation projects
- Deep dive analysis on business requirements, problem statements, revenues, customer segments, customers, products and all associated data
- Production of As Is and To Be processes(including in BPM system)
- Creates and sustains collaborative working relationships and facilitate discussion of incoming change with other stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Works with testing and operational teams to ensure they understand the business requirements/outcomes desired
- Works with the Scrum master, Product Owner, and Release Coordinator to ensure that all Business Change activities are understood and being managed
**What you bring?**:
- Relevant technical and professional qualifications into the BA fields.
- 2-5 years of general experience in Business.
- Knowledge in different analysis tools and techniques.
- Capability to identify and propose alternative solutions.
- Critical thinking attitude.
- Proactivity and continuous improvement mentality.
- Experience of Agile methodologies.
- ** Strong English language skills (C1)**
