**Cross-Border Issuing Manager

As a Cross-Border Issuing Manager you will be responsible for defining the product strategy and product development roadmap across the target markets, determining the end to end delivery strategy, and managing the product launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements, and use this knowledge to drive the product roadmap and ensure our cross-border proposition meets the needs of our customers. Your contributions will be essential in driving the continued growth and success of cross-border products.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Work with internal support partners to complete the necessary diligence, documentation, and testing to expand our Cross-Border border payments footprint.
- Conduct benchmark analysis for proposal or internal documents/use cases preparation related to Cross-Border payments.
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive product strategy for our Cross-Border in Europe by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather customer and market insights and define product requirements.
- Close work with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Product lifecycle management, including product launches and end-of-life decisions, product performance monitoring and analysis, identification of areas for improvement, and action plan development to drive growth.

- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings and new product innovations.

**Role Requirements**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.

- You have solid practical experience in leading the development and successful implementation of product strategies, particularly in Cross-Border payment products. Alternatively, you may have relevant experience in the payment industry (such as global processors and card networks), fintech companies with tech-driven offers, or big tech players looking to extend their customer relationships into the realm of payments and financial services.

- You are an expert in digital banking propositions, market trends, and the competition landscape.
- You are a results-driven, with a focus on delivering product performance analysis and making market recommendations for improvement.
