**Role**: Project Manager

**Location**: Ibiza, Spain

**Experience Required**:More than 15 years of experience in construction projects.

Fluent in both **English **and **Spanish**.

Proven track record in project management, particularly in dealing with main consultants or developers teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee all phases of the construction project, from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with main consultants, developers teams, and subcontractors to drive project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Implement effective project management processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in project management within the construction industry, with a strong background in dealing with main consultants or developers teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
