Site Management Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and timelines. Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Team Coordination Manage on-site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Assign tasks and ensure that all team members understand their responsibilities. Conduct regular briefings to keep the team updated on project progress and safety measures. Quality Control Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards. Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify any issues. Maintain detailed records of site activities and inspections. Health & Safety Compliance Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations. Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments. Provide guidance and training on safe work practices. Reporting & Documentation Review the monthly certification submitted by contractors. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Maintain accurate records of site activities, deliveries, and incidents. Ensure that all documentation is completed and submitted on time.
