**What will you do**:
**Project Management**
- Lead multiple projects from preparation to completion.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and deadlines.
- Coordinate material orders, suppliers, and subcontractors.

**Team Management & Planning**
- Create and manage daily and weekly staff schedules.
- Plan and allocate tasks among technicians and engineers.
- Guide, coach, and motivate the team.

**Client Contact & Communication**
- Maintain direct contact with clients regarding progress, changes, and project delivery.
- Identify and report issues/escalations to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure transparent and clear communication between clients, the team, and management.

**Reporting & Administration**
- Track and report progress, planning, and time registration to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure complete and accurate project documentation and delivery reports.
- Suggest improvements for internal processes and work methods.

**What are you bringing?**
- At least 5 years of experience with project management in construction or engineering;
- Experience with automation and/or security systems is a big plus
- Great communication skills
- Experience in managing a (project) team;
- Your Spanish is perfect and you also speak English;
- You are customer and quality oriented and constantly strive for improvement;
- Team player, eager to learn and stress-resistant;
- You’re living on ibiza

**Who we're looking for**

You are an experienced project manager and people manager. You already have experience in engineering or construction projects and you know how to deal with the challenges in this industry. You know how to manage risks and quality and how to make a good planning and stick to it. You see how you can combine this with the available budget and how you can create space for unexpected things. The customer is just as important to you as the numbers and you can transfer this to your team members. You know how to get the right people moving. You’re clear and straightforward in your communication and you are aware that fulfilling your role properly ensures that your client(s) are unburdened. You also know what home automation is and what the possibilities are for fully automating a luxury home. Preferably you already have experience with this in previous projects.
