**The Role**

**Responsibilities**

This role will involve monitoring and managing the impact of external partners across all markets where Ryanair operates. The CS Legal Performance Manager’s passion for data combined with a solid understanding of Customer Service Legal will allow them to give real and valuable insights into court outcomes, including success rates and addressing barriers to success. They will support our in-house and external teams, ensuring legal strategies are clearly communicated and consistently adhered to.

The CS Legal Performance Manager will review periodic reports to assess performance against KPIs, recommending improvements as necessary, and control EU-261 related spend.

Occasional ad hoc duties will be required to support the team, in an incredibly fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Requirements**:
**Skills / Experience Required**:

- Qualifications in data or equivalent experience
- Numerate, with experience working with data and performance management
- Background in Customer Service and/or Legal would be an advantage
- Exceptional organisation, planning, record-keeping and communication skills
- Adaptable problem-solver with the ability to manage high volumes within tight deadlines and show initiative
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Interest in the aviation industry
- Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional European languages would be highly regarded
