**Mission**
Provide technical support to development projects in the Innovation to Market department. In this department, we work with a wide variety of projects involving the formulation of consumer products, technologies, and stability.
Preparation of samples, stability studies, product formulation, applied research studies, and problem-solving for all product categories: household care products, personal care, air care, and perfumery
**Functions**:
- Conduct stability studies, monitor and perform physicochemical analysis and olfactory evaluation.
- Maintenance of stability records.
- Draft stability reports.
- Manufacturing and support for formula development.
- Laboratory maintenance.
- Provide technical support to projects for our clients, implementing R&D technologies in products that incorporate fragrance, such as fragrance encapsulation for detergent or fabric softener.
- Ability to interact with different departments such as Perfumers, Fragrance Development Managers, Sales, Oil Slamping, or Marketing.

**Requirements**:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Laboratory Technician in a technical department. Previous experience in consumer product formulation is required.
- Languages and proficiency: Proficiency in English will be highly valued to understand reports and corporate communications.
- Personal competencies: Organizational skills, teamwork, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, results analysis, olfactory skills.
- Education: Technical degree in chemistry or similar, bachelor's degree in chemistry or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
