**FUNCTIONS**: Responsibilities: CONDUCTS ALL REQUIRED PERFORMANCE TESTS: - Manufacturing of hair care formulas (formula preparation in the lab), supporting to a project and the chemist. - Follow up manufacturing procedures and reporting relevant points. - Characterization of Physical-chemical-organoleptic properties: viscosity, pH, density
- Report, write and keep lab notebooks. - Follow stability of all prototypes and their specification. - Support to invitro studies preparing samples to be tested. - Update formulas in the R&D systems. ADDITIONAL TASKS: - Help maintenance work such as reception of raw materials and organization. - Check and supervise stock of Raw materials working with other lab colleagues. - Prepare material needed for each task (raw materials). - Reports track of progress and proactively elevates issues to chemist. - Able to embrace changes when priorities shift. - Maintains close relation with other lab partners to ensure the quality of everyone’s work. - Able to handle microsoft toolkit (word and excel) SKILLS - Efficient and well organize. - Agile, flexible and anticipate possible issues. Requirements: - FP/CFGS/CFGM Químicas, FP/CFGS/CFGM of Laboratory Technician or similar. - Ideal experience 6-12 months in lab, ideally research and developments of cosmetic products, however open to consider other industries.
