Adsmurai is growing fast and we are hiring a Revenue Management Intern to help us deliver our promise of providing awesome social media marketing tools to our clients.

Adsmurai is transforming how companies create, optimize and scale advertising campaigns on social media. We are Meta, TikTok, Google and Pinterest Partners and we work for top customers in Spain, Europe and LATAM.

As a Revenue Management Intern you will be helping the Finance department with the Accounts Receivable process: from billing until collections, establishing policies in order to safeguard and maximize company revenues.

We are looking for a brilliant and super cool intern with a lot of motivation and willingness to learn to join our Finance team in Barcelona (HQ).

You will be part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team that will invite you to be part of our family.

Main responsibilities:

- Help with the monthly billing process.
- Resolve billing issues by working with Sales and Account Management teams.
- Manage the collections process, including contact clients to follow up on overdue payments, take actions to encourage timely debt payments.
- Assist in Monthly & Quarterly Reporting of collections status to CFO.

What we are looking for?
- Previous work experience is not really required (if you have some work experience it will be a nice to have).
- Full time Internship.
- Interest in finance and administration.
- Basic / Medium Excel skills.
- Diligent, detail oriented, autonomous.
- You are analytical and goal oriented.
- Interest on how to improve a billing process.
- You have an international spirit and you can communicate yourself in Spanish & English.
- Social fit with all the Finance department with a total horizontal structure.
