As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to show us how **to create relevant insights** & **analysis** to support top-line growth & Kellogg value creation by **optimizing the mix contribution** to margin pool expansion.

**HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

The RGM has the responsibility of ensuring that Kellogg´s is able to capture the full value of our brands and the market growth opportunities by creating value through the 5 RGM pillars (Brand Pricing, Price/Pack Architecture (PPA), Promotion Optimization, Active Mix-Management, Retailer Story), being also in charge of analysing and developing tools in order to improve the performance of the business, to develop sales by channel & revenue growth strategy.

What do I need to demonstrate?

**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Experience in RGM, Business development/strategy, KAM, Finance or similar
- Analytical capability (P&L etc.) & capacity to make clear recommendations
- High level of Excel management
- Fluent in English would be a plus
