Despite its size, the core strategy & operations team remains lean ( , and the company is now looking for a hands‐on Growth & Revenue Lead to become the right hand of the founders and drive its next phase of growth. As Growth & Revenue Lead , you will take full ownership of designing and executing the company's go‐to‐market strategy across multiple channels — including sales, partnerships, and scalable growth initiatives . You'll be expected to define strategic priorities, test and validate new growth levers, and drive sustainable revenue across a hybrid model that blends technology with high‐value services. Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels : outbound, partnerships, content, lifecycle, product‐led growth, etc. Lead commercial development : generate pipeline, support sales conversations, and improve conversion.
