We are working with one of the most exciting startups in the European tech ecosystem — a fast-growing company building the future of back-office operations for small businesses through AI-powered automation and human‐led advisory services. With more than 90 employees and expected to close 2025 with €10M+ in ARR , the company combines cutting‐edge technology with real human support to help thousands of SMEs streamline their accounting, taxes, payroll, and financing. Despite its size, the core strategy & operations team remains lean ( , and the company is now looking for a hands‐on Growth & Revenue Lead to become the right hand of the founders and drive its next phase of growth. As Growth & Revenue Lead , you will take full ownership of designing and executing the company's go‐to‐market strategy across multiple channels — including sales, partnerships, and scalable growth initiatives . You'll be expected to define strategic priorities, test and validate new growth levers, and drive sustainable revenue across a hybrid model that blends technology with high‐value services. Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels : outbound, partnerships, content, lifecycle, product‐led growth, etc. Lead commercial development : generate pipeline, support sales conversations, and improve conversion. Design and standardize pricing, segmentation, and GTM approach across client verticals. Build partnerships with banks, law firms, SaaS platforms, and other relevant players. Experience designing GTM strategies or launching new verticals is a plus. AI + Human‐led Services . Hybrid work model with in‐person collaboration in Madrid . #
