**Main Purpose of the role**:
- Will act as a filter between an outsourced research provider and our internal team of consultants.
- This individual will be responsible for providing feedback and articulating search results into insights.
- Will support research tasks related to BD.
- Liaises with consultants in relation to day-to-day operational requests and executes against those transactional requests such as providing assignment stats.
Accountabilities
- Identify hard to find passive talent through a variety of channels and using diverse sourcing tools and techniques.
- Independently formulate a compelling search strategy and contribute to its execution.
- Capture and share market insights with internal and external clients
- Compile & analyse data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary.
- Conduct background research to create support material for existing and new client presentations (and where appropriate, also attend pitches).
- Develop thorough domain knowledge, insights, and an informed view about markets.
- Contribute actively to the development and propagation of best practices initiatives.
- Collaborate with administrative support in the creation of content-rich, insight-driven client status reports.
- Ensure the highest quality information on the proprietary database.
Key Skills/Experience Required
- 3+years of experience in executive research in a dynamic international business environment
- Expertise using a variety of sourcing tools & techniques including but not limited to Boolean search, aggregators, automation tools, LinkedIn recruiter Professional (A must), LinkedIn Talent Insights, data scrapers etc.
- Possess industry knowledge with a deep comprehension of relevant CPG and/or Retail skills, target companies etc.
- High proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with international and virtual teams.
- Proficiency and passion for sourcing 'beneath the surface'
- Creative and Resourceful who’s able to find ways to deliver on time and high quality.
