About the role

**Key responsibilities**:

- Evaluate the client's talent requirements with a mature understanding and contribute towards devising a search strategy.
- Participate in identifying the right talent for a specific search via referrals and by collaborating with our Research & Knowledge Management team (as they complete all database and online research).
- Creatively and compelling approach and engage senior passive talent - you will be able to find a way to speak with most of the relevant talent pool.
- Influence both internal and external stakeholders on talent realities - you will gather market intelligence and insights, and you will present a compelling picture of the talent market to our clients with a consultative approach.

**Key requirements**:

- \+6 years of experience in executive search or similar forms of headhunting - you should have already progressed in your career to more senior levels within your current organization, and you should have the potential to be developed into an Engagement Manager.
- Consistent solid track record of delivery against complex and senior executive search assignments - you should be familiar with the FMCG, Retail, Tech, and Pharma industries. Plus knowledge of the main functions (General Management, HR, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Procurement).
- Drive to deliver exceptional results on behalf of clients - the ideas of not accepting anything but the best and never, ever, ever giving up strongly resonate with you.
- Exceptional ability to influence and present information to a diverse range of stakeholders (including clients).
- Ability to handle and manage multiple projects at once - you are self-motivated, can manage pressure and stress, and are fully capable of working autonomously (with mínimal supervision).
- The ability to generate business leads for our Client Services team to pursue will be highly desirable.
