We are partnering with a fast-growing B2B travel tech scale-up to support the expansion of their commercial team. The company is currently looking to hire Sales Executives based in Barcelona, each responsible for a specific European market. BizAway is hiring Sales Executives to join their on-site Barcelona office, each responsible for driving new business within a specific European market. As a Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of new business sales within your assigned region. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and deal closure, acting as a trusted commercial partner to prospective clients. You will work closely with SDRs and internal teams while maintaining full ownership of your pipeline, revenue forecast, and performance. Over time, you will build deep local market knowledge, establish long-term client relationships, and contribute directly to BizAway's international growth strategy. Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure. Engage senior stakeholders, including C-level, HR, Office, and Travel Managers. Lead commercial negotiations and close new business. Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and the wider sales team. Proactively contribute ideas to improve sales processes and performance.
