**What is our proposal?**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Evaluate the client's talent requirements with a mature understanding and contribute towards devising a search strategy
- Participate in identifying the right talent for a specific search via referrals and collaborating with our research function as they complete all database and online research.
- Creatively and compelling engage senior passive talent. You will be able to find a way to speak with most of the relevant talent pool.
- Be able to influence both internal and external stakeholders on the realities of the talent marketplace. You will be able to gather intelligence and present a compelling picture of talent realities and offer solutions as to which talent our clients will be able to find in the market.

**Requisitos**:
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience in executive search or similar forms of recruiting.
- Strong consistent track record of delivery against complex and senior executive search assignments. Familiarity with headhunting in Consumer Technology, E-Commerce, Retail or FMCG and within the Supply Chain, IT/Technology, Sales, Marketing, General Management or Finance functions is desirable.
- Delivers exceptional results on behalf of our clients; the idea of not accepting anything but the best and never, ever, ever giving up strongly resonates with you.
- Exceptional ability to influence and present information.
- Ability to handle and manage multiple projects at once. You are self-motivated and can manage pressure and stress.
