**Position**: Microsoft Business Unit Manager
**About the Role**:
You will be collaborating with Arrow ECS's Leaders and Vendors to plan a successful strategy for the business unit. You will have an opportunity to design, implement and execute a sales strategy, and together with your team of Business Development, Technical and Sales Specialists, you will be able to sell and promote Arrow's solutions to the Clients in Spain.

**What will you be doing at Arrow?**
- You will manage the growth and development of two teams - 4 direct reports and 20 undirect reports
- Be responsible for the overall budget and profitability ratios for the assigned business unit
- Create sales projections and set objectives for assigned business unit products
- Develop and execute full strategic sales, marketing plans and programs for assigned business unit products
- Drive sales efforts for assigned business unit products
- Take responsibility for increasing and tracking the company's market share
- Support customers in close cooperation with presales, consultants, and architects
- Ensure high-level customer and vendor satisfaction
- Support sales resources in offers & presentations
- Plan, implement, and moderate manufacturer and customer meetings/workshops
- Integrate and lively involvement in strategic clients and projects

**What are we looking for?**
- You have relevant experience in the IT sector
- Preferred - exposure to security and IT infraestructure
- Strong Leadership and People Management skills
- Experience in managing diverse teams
- Very good understanding of current microsoft solutions and platforms
- Strong experience in sales and business development
- Strategic thinking, excellent presentation skills, demonstrate strong collaboration skills, ability to effectively communicate internally and externally, and a proven customer-oriented mindset
- Native in Spanish and fluent in English
