We are also very proud of our excellent product support efforts, and it shows. _"If I have problems, the customer service helps out right away via mail, call or chat"_ - _"the great support team is the thing we like the most"_ (all reviews are available on G2). **Your role in Adversus** As the Sales Manager in our Spanish office, your primary focus is to target potential clients in the national market. Therefore, it's advantageous if you have a good understanding of and experience with B2B sales, specifically software sales, in Spain. You’ll be responsible for your own customer portfolio through the entire sales process, building new lead opportunities, conducting sales demos and follow-up meetings as well as nurturing your existing clients, giving them the best possible experience with Adversus. It's essential for us that you familiarize yourself thoroughly with the product and the value it creates for existing and new potential customers in the B2B segment. It’s also important that you take a natural lead for the new team and feel it natural to take responsibility for the success of the expansion in Spain. You’ll produce a sales plan with the country manager and own responsibility for executing this in cooperation with the new sales team. You'll work closely together with the Spanish-located Business Development Representatives (BDR), whose primary tasks are qualifying leads and appointment scheduling. Here, you'll significantly influence the customer segments and lead qualification process - in cooperation with the BDRs. You'll be reporting directly to the Country Manager for Spain. **Your main tasks** - Building strong relations with new leads and clients in Spain - Conduct meetings with potential clients and help them on their Adversus journey ️ - Build lead database - Train new salespeople - Be present in the office to support new team and company culture - Team responsibility - Building the Adversus brand in Spain **Qualifications** - Experience with B2B software sales is an advantage - Experience with managing a sales team - Great communication skills - Spanish native and English B2 level - Social, curious, hardworking and team-oriented attitude **What do we offer?** You’ll join a young, energetic team with high ambitions and a flat organization.
