Digital Solution Manager

As a Digital Solution Manager, you will be a key member of the global IBP product management team and local market deployment leadership team. You will take ownership of the technical solution delivery for Demand Forecasting, focusing on both functional and technical aspects. Your responsibilities will include deploying the global IBP template and configuring local market settings for the IBP Tool - PFE. Collaborating cross-functionally with IBP process, adoption, Data Science, Data, and IT teams, you will ensure successful implementation of IBP Demand forecasting solutions tailored to local market needs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your day-to-day with us**:

- Own and Lead the design, build and deployment of the IBP Forecasting product in a local market, including both technical and functional aspects:

- Participate in fit gaps sessions to understand and document the future‐state design of the Demand Forecasting process (and its continuous evolution) for the Local market.
- Support Demand Analysis and Forecasting Proof of Concept design and execution to confirm design hypothesis, forecasting engine configuration, demand drivers by channel, right levels to forecast, etc.. together with Data Science.
- Define & document functional design and its correct representation in functional specifications for the forecasting process, tool and engine supporting Product, Data Science and Consulting partners to ensure accurate reflection of business requirements.
- Ensure that business and user requirements are identified and addressed through the design of these processes, systems architecture, products and capabilities.
- Support Data and Analytics team to ensure all data objects (GDO’s), including demand drivers, are defined, documented, and meet all business requirements.
- Own functionally the Forecasting experimentation, adoption and forecasting parallel run activities in close collaboration with Data Science, deployments team and Business SMEs.
- Support creating and implementing proposals and strategies of recommended forecasting process improvements driving increased benefits and/or lower costs and any associated software investments.
- Own and manage the product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled for the market, in collaboration with the Global IBP product managers/CoE.
- Manage cross workstream dependencies, together with the Supply Planning and IBP Forums teams.
- Own overall quality of product being delivered.
- Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design and delivery.

Qualifications:
**What you will need to succeed**:

- 3+ years of IBP, Forecasting and Demand Planning experience required.
- 3+ years of Product Management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment preferred.
- 4+ years of CPG demand planning or similar experience preferred.
Understanding and experience of data analytics, demand forecastability and patterns and forecasting models: time-series, driver-based Machine Learning... etc, and its deployment.
- Experience in leading/delivering through external partners.
- Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
- Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Positive and flexible attitude to enable adjusting to different needs in an ever-changing environment.
