**Misión**:
Garantizar la implantación de las políticas de mantenimiento y verificar las obras en curso, a fin de garantizar la conservación de los activos fijos y el óptimo funcionamiento de las instalaciones de las unidades de negocio de su área.
**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Formación como Ingeniero/a Técnico Industrial (estudios finalizados y homologados por el Ministerio de Educación de España).
- Experiência laboral en Ingeniería Industrial (min 5 años).
- Se valorará experiência laboral en empresas de mantenimiento, de Project management y/o instaladoras (min 5 años).
- Conocimiento de estándares relacionados con los procesos de instalaciones hoteleras.
- Conocimiento de paquetes de software de ingeniería.
- Habilidades de CAD y AUTOCAD.
- Familiarización con las normativas de salud y seguridad en el trabajo.
- Pensamiento analítico con habilidades interpersonales.
- Experiência demostrable en la gestión de equipos directamente dependientes jerárquica o funcionalmente en anteriores posiciones.
- Se valorará nível medio-alto de inglés.
