**Key responsibilities**

Accounting:

- Ensure that treasury accounts are accurate for each company (national and international) and reported on time using Holded (national) and Xero (international).

Group Operations:

- Intercompany loans management: identify financial needs, documentation and follow up.

Internal Control:

- Contribute to the development of internal procedures, regulations, and policies (mainly related to Treasury).

Asset Management & Insurance:

- Responsible for the Fixed Assets inventory implementation and matching accounting records.
- Insurance contracts and renewals.
- Investments control budget vs actual.

Customer & Supplier Management:

- Follow up on customer orders (quotes), ensuring compliance with monthly invoicing requirements.
- Monitor customer debt to support cash flow forecasting.
- Follow up on supplier purchase orders (PO) and create PO’s for finance services.

Treasury (national and international):

- Monthly bank and credit cards reconciliations. This task requires coordination with external professionals for international companies.
- Manage the contracting and renewal of insurance policies and other financial services contracts.
- Process payments through the bank (invoices, payroll, payment batches).

Treasury management, including:

- Procedures for opening/closing bank accounts and cards and negotiating terms.
- Biweekly cash flow forecasting for the Group with multiple currencies (key task).
- Contribution to cash flow optimization and identification of suitable financial products for the Group.
- Intercompany loans management (documentation, status follow up, interest accruals and payments).
