We are looking for an enthusiastic Spanish speaker to work as a Booking Agent. You will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team, that works to improve people’s health, confidence, and smiles. Are you ready for the challenge?
Tasks
What will you be doing
- Make calls, book and confirm appointments, respond to Dental Monitoring and follow up with patients
- Coordinate incoming calls and requirements of new or existing customers giving support and help
- Greet customers, explain our product, and guide customers through deadlines and expectations in the clinic, help clients complete documentation if necessary
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate non-medical questions
- Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere
**Requirements**:
What are we looking for?
- A very high level of Spanish (minimum C2) with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- A high level of English (both spoken and written)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- You are recognized for your team spirit, your proactivity, and your interpersonal and writing skills
- Proven experience in a telesales environment engaging with leads over the phone is a big plus
- Previous booking experience a plus

- Contract: Temporary (3-month contract)
- Part-Time: 30 hours per week
- Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, from 15:00h to 21:00h
- Salary: €13.490,58
- Holidays: 24 holidays per calendar year
- Office Model: 100% office based, near La Sagrera metro station
- Benefits: €769 bonus per year, based o KPIs
