As Impress continues to increase its global reach, we are growing our Team in Barcelona.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spanish speaker to work as a Booking Agent. You will be an important part of a hard-working, fast-growing team, that works to improve people’s health, confidence, and smiles. Are you ready for the challenge?

What will you be doing❓_**
- Make calls, book and confirm appointments, respond to Dental Monitoring and follow up with patients.
- Coordinate incoming calls and requirements of new or existing customers giving support and help.
- Greet customers, explain our product, and guide customers through deadlines and expectations in the clinic, help clients complete documentation if necessary.
- Maintain customer relationships and coordinate non-medical questions.
- Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.

**Requirements**:
**_ What are we looking for? _**
- A very high level of Spanish (minimum C2) with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- A high level of English (both spoken and written)
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- You are recognized for your team spirit, your proactivity, and your interpersonal and writing skills
- Proven experience in a telesales environment engaging with leads over the phone is a big plus
- Previous booking experience a plus

- **Start date**: February the 13th
- **Contract**: Indefinido (1-month probation period)
- **Schedule**: Part-time/30 hours per week
- **Work Schedule**:5 days per week** - **Monday to Sunday rotating between 3 pm - 12 am - (**2 weekends off per month**)
- **Salary**:13.076€ gross/year + performance bonus: up to 750€ gross/year
