Job Description:
General Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree holder (Business Management, Advertising, or any relevant course)
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience is required
- At least 1 year SEO experience
- At least 2 years experience in writing content
- Knowledgeable with Online Marketing and Sales, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Marketing, Link Building, Keyword Research, Article Writing, Web Content Writing, Guest Blogging, Social Media Management
- High English proficiency, both written and oral (other foreign language/s is a bonus)
- MS Access and MS Outlook competent
- Must be keen to details and with problem solving and reporting skills
- Innovative and has the ability to multi-task
- Working Laptop with MS office installed
- Stable Internet connection
- Willing to travel

Accountabilities:

- Increase and constantly monitor site traffic through organic search listing
- Relentlessly researching and keeping up with the online marketing trend so to provide new techniques/strategies for site optimization
- Secures that STEP social media accounts are updated with daily/weekly/monthly published posts as stated in planned marketing strategy per social media channel. The following channels are: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, and Youtube.
- Keep our country cards, updated and work alongside the CEO/Sales on setting country strategies.
- Update database customer cards and keep our STEP database in good and updated working order.
- On page Optimization to ensure our website is search using strong keywords base on input.
- Add data to STEP enabling us to control, measure and improve our overall performance based on IT solutions.
- Report in and out of STEP database and plan own tasks within same.
- Lead and manage the team who supports on promotions, deals, and other marketing drive.
- Joins meetings when needed and deliver ideas for sales and marketing growth
- Plan and implement online and offline marketing drives.
- Provides support to CEO on strategic marketing issues
- Other relevant tasks as assigned by immediate superior/management
