We are now loooking for a **Transformational Innovation Director**to join our **Marketing Europe**team. The incumbent will be responsible for: - In charge of creating the European transformational agenda for the Noodles category (innovation, branding strategy, industrial mapping, new technologies, new ecosystems...). - Define a European branding strategy aligned with the European strategic plan to ensure accelerated growth on a European scale. - Lead key transformational projects to drive category growth. - Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team (Insights, R&D, Procurement, Operations) to define the most suitable solutions for the transformational agenda with an end-to-end vision, from consumers to operations (including CapEx and technology management). - Participate in the creation of key strategic frameworks, such as European Strategic Plans and Innovation Strategy. - Act as a key partner to the European Noodles Expansion Lead and local markets to define a unified growth strategy. **What can you expect from us?** This is a great opportunity to join a big team in a multicultural and modern environment. Ready to create, innovate, and learn from failures to drive disruption and growth. - Excellent strategic thinking and storytelling skills. - Strong initiative and quick learner. - Team player with strong influencing skills in matrix organizations and the ability to work remotely across international geographies and teams. - Strong analytical skills (ability to analyze retail trends and insights) and good planning skills. - Excellent consumer and customer understanding. - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
