Marketing Translation Project Manager

**Job Overview**:
IQVIA Language Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Translation Project Manager with experience in localization and translation workflows to join our Marketing Translations Team. In this role, you will manage marketing localization projects—including Transcreation, Creative Translation, Marketing Campaigns, Social Media, Keyword localization, SEO and PPC campaigns, and Websites, among others, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal and external linguists, content design, and clients, to drive success across diverse global markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end marketing localization projects across multiple languages and formats (e.g., marketing collateral localization, website translation, target language SEO and PPC keyword research, social media posts and transcreation/creative translation).
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate between internal teams (e.g., translators, editors, QA, engineering) and external vendors (e.g., linguists, marketing specialists and agencies, as well as post-production teams).
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, brand guidelines, and localization standards.
- Oversee quality control processes, including linguistic QA, formatting reviews, and technical compliance.
- Handle asset management and file delivery workflows
- Track and report project metrics and KPIs; escalate issues proactively to stakeholders.
- Manage client communication, status updates, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use project management and CAT tools (e.g., memoQ, XTRF, Trello, or similar).
- Stay up to date with trends and technologies in marketing localization and internationalization.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of project management experience in the localization or marketing/digital marketing industry.
- Knowledge of translation management systems (TMS) and localization (CAT) tools.
- Familiarity with marketing localization workflows and tools (e.g., marketing collateral localization, website translation, target language SEO and PPC keyword research, social media, and transcreation)
- Experience working with the most used file types (.idml,.indd,.xml,.xlf,.stf).
- Experience working with multiple language markets and cross-cultural teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently and clearly with clients, linguists and other key stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate issues and provide quick solutions.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with the localization and marketing/digital marketing industries.
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner, Semrush, and knowledge of main social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Strong attention to detail for linguistic, formatting and technical quality control
