We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our programmatic sales team. This position will work to promote our managed-service programmatic solution to both agencies and direct brand clients, with the intent of building and growing strategic partnerships.

With high growth in Europe and Spain (100+ clients), the Zeta Marketing Platform is used by leading brands in Spain. Great opportunity to join a company in expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels.
- Understand agency, advertiser, data, and vendor trends.
- Understand and effectively communicate Zeta Global's value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships as it relates to growth of client accounts.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of the industry, specifically the programmatic media marketplace — past, present, and future.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate sales activities, including management of the sales pipeline.
- Leverage external relationships and professional network to generate sales leads.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities; meet with clients and prospects; develop valuable proposals; negotiate deal terms and close

**Requirements**:

- Native Spanish.
- 3+ Years of proven experience in consultative sales process selling digital media, data and/or SaaS products to agencies and/or clients/brands directly.
- Established relationships with agencies and brand marketers.
- Positive, eager, willing, enthusiastic, resourceful attitude.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong understanding of the advertising agency landscape.
- Knowledge of the online media business, underlying technologies, and research.
- Strong analytical and consultative skills.
- Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Diligent work ethic.
- Must be self-motivated and take the initiative to get the job done.
- Excellent English language skills are a must - both written and oral
- Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.

DESCRIPCIÓN

Buscamos un Sales Manager dinámico para unirse a nuestro equipo de ventas programáticas. Este puesto trabajará para promover nuestra solución programática de servicios administrados tanto para agencias como para clientes directos de marca, con la intención de construir y desarrollar asociaciones estratégicas.

Con un alto crecimiento en Europa y España (más de 100 clientes), Zeta Marketing Platform es utilizada por marcas líderes en España. Gran oportunidad de incorporarse a una empresa en expansión.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan estratégico para lograr y superar las metas de ingresos.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas y activas con las partes interesadas clave del cliente en todos los níveles.
- Comprender las tendencias de agencias, anunciantes, datos y proveedores.
- Comprender y comunicar eficazmente la propuesta de valor, la tecnología, los procesos y las asociaciones de Zeta Global en lo que respecta al crecimiento de las cuentas de los clientes.
- Poseer un conocimiento profundo de la industria, específicamente el mercado de medios programáticos: pasado, presente y futuro.
- Planificar, dirigir y coordinar las actividades de ventas, incluida la gestión del flujo de ventas.
- Aprovechar las relaciones externas y la red profesional para generar oportunidades de ventas.
- Identificar y calificar nuevas oportunidades; reunirse con clientes y prospectos; desarrollar propuestas valiosas; negociar los términos del trato y cerrar

**Requerimientos**:

- Español nativo.
- Más de 3 años de experiência comprobada en procesos de venta consultiva vendiendo medios digitales, datos y / o productos SaaS a agencias y / o clientes / marcas directamente.
- Establecí relaciones con agencias y comercializadores de marcas.
- Actitud positiva, entusiasta, dispuesta, entusiasta e ingeniosa.
- Licenciatura.
- Sólido conocimiento del panorama de las agencias de publicidad.
- Conocimiento del negocio de los medios en línea, tecnologías subyacentes e investigación.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y consultivas.
- Habilidades de gestión eficaz del tiempo: capacidad para priorizar y cumplir con los plazos.
- Ética de trabajo diligente.
- Debe tener motivación propia y tomar la iniciativa para hacer el trabajo.
- Es imprescindible tener excelentes habilidades en el idioma inglés, tanto escrito como oral
- Excelentes habilidades de escucha, negociación, presentación, comunicación escrita y verbal.
