**Job Description (Programmatic Sales Consultant)**:
Support to Strategic Accounts sales team and Sales Teams of the vertical Sites as an expert in the field of programmatic advertising, helping and involving in the sales process.

Main contact of the Media Agencies Trading Desk. Helping to develop the relation with them, improving how they can access better to our inventory and trying to stablish the strategies of each team.

Internal project leader in order to optimize and build a World First Class [AM1] product together with Advertising Product and Technology teams.

Coordination and negotiation of new advertising technology products to strategic clients in all Adevinta core verticals [AM2].

Help to develop a sales strategy for this expanding market.

**Qualifications**:
**Commercial experience of advertising**:

- Deep knowledge of the digital Spanish market
- Deep knowledge in the agency business and agency’s Trading Desks
- Good internal communication skills and follow up of projects.
- Hard working, and triggered by hard challenges.
- Good Sales skills.
- Initiative to propose new opportunities to the sales reps.
- Results oriented.
- Used to working for sales goals

**Training and communication skills**:

- Eagger to learn.
- Good team member.

**o Able to work in cross functional teams**: sales-operations-product
- Training skills, workshops and construction of commercial arguments.
- Able to represent Adevinta in events, forums and gatherings about RTB and programmatic.

Understand how the Advertising technology ecosystem works and be able to take advantage of technology in order to push forward new initiatives:

- Work in a very structured manner.
- A strong passion for advertisement products and internet product development.
- Analytical thinking.
- Valuable knowledge in technology, product and tools focused in programmatic and advertising (Xandr, Adserver, AdManager, DV360, Comscore, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, etc.)
