About our Property Solution:
You are gonna be part of the development of the effective management of a claim to regain comfort at home.
Our Visual Intelligence for Claims uses Visual Intelligence to accurately and reliably detect damage and estimate costs. This advanced SaaS solution helps household insurers optimize their decisions and resolve claims quickly so policyholders can once again feel comfortable in their homes.
About the role
- Lead the Property squad engineers
- Work with our Property Product Owner and Property Data Tech Lead to further enhance our product capabilities
- Improve non-functional requirements
- You will lead the evolution of our architecture to use Micro Frontends and Clean Architecture
- Coordinate and validate developments carried out by the team
- Standardize and implement methodologies to optimize development processes
- Manage, coach and help in the development of your team
- Collaborate in our Tech Leads Chapter with our CTO to work on our continuous technological evolution
- You will work closely with our Artificial Intelligence and Data team. So if you are interested in knowing more about how Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we work and live, you will very much enjoy the ride
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience as a full stack engineer (working with TypeScript Apps).
- +2 years of experience managing at least one squad of engineers in a tech-product based company (and if those teams were remote even better)
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Wide experience with Angular
- Experience with Javascript / NodeJS / Typescript, especially with microservices architectures.
- Git & CI/CD pipeline´s knowledge
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills in Spanish & English
- You are able to participate in technical decisions that affect´s BDEO.
- In-depth knowledge of technology with business acumen
