Desde Capitole buscamos un/aSenior Tech Lead / Lead Engineerpara liderar técnicamente soluciones software en un entorno enterprise, distribuido y multi-equipo.El rol está orientado a perfiles con unbackground técnico sólido en software engineeringque hayan evolucionado hacia posiciones deliderazgo técnico , con capacidad parapriorizar trabajo, coordinar equipos y definir arquitectura , sin necesidad de estar en el detalle diario del código.No es imprescindible experiencia previa en Inteligencia Artificial. El foco está eningeniería de software, liderazgo técnico y toma de decisiones .Ubicación:Híbrido, 2 días por semana oficina. Disponibilidad para viajar (Europa)Responsabilidades:Liderar y coordinar técnicamente varios equipos de ingeniería.Definir arquitecturas escalables y reutilizables a nivel enterprise.Priorizar tareas técnicas y alinear la ejecución con objetivos de negocio.Actuar como referente técnico transversal para distintos squads.Garantizar buenas prácticas de ingeniería, calidad del software y CI/CD.Participar en procesos de gobernanza técnica y toma de decisiones arquitectónicas.Colaborar con equipos técnicos ubicados en distintas sedes internacionales.Requisitos:Background como Software Engineer, con transición a Tech Lead / Lead Engineer.Experiencia liderando y coordinando equipos técnicos (no es necesario haber gestionado equipos grandes; con experiencia previa es suficiente).Conocimientos y experiencia práctica en: AWS, Python, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, AgileCapacidad para tomar decisiones técnicas de alto nivel y comunicar prioridades al equipo.Por qué CAPITOLE?Presupuesto deformación de €1.200para que lo gastes en lo que desees (eventos de tecnología, libros, cursos, certificaciones, lo que quieras).Reuniones mensuales con tu equipo para asegurar una retroalimentación continua.Seguro médico privadocubierto en su totalidad por Capitole.Compensación flexible(vales de restaurante, transporte y/o guardería). ️Acceso aWellhub.️ ♀️Quiénes somosCapitole ConsultingMira lo que la gente dice de nosotrosGlassdoor ReviewsEl empleado se adherirá a las políticas de seguridad de la información:- Tendrá acceso a información confidencial relacionada con Capitole y el proyecto en el que esté trabajando.- Tendrá que cumplir con las políticas de seguridad y políticas internas de la empresa y del cliente.- Tendrá que firmar un acuerdo de confidencialidad.
