Why this role matters As the Server Tech Lead , you’ll be the trusted technical authority for server platform technologies. You’ll design and optimize high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions that keep mission-critical systems running flawlessly. From architecture and automation to disaster recovery and modernization, you’ll ensure our platforms are ready for the future. What you’ll do Lead with impact: Guide engineering squads, mentor tech leads, and set best practices for server technologies. Shape the architecture: Define strategies for performance, security, and scalability across on-prem and cloud environments.
