Right now, we are looking for a **Costumer Service **to join our team

**You will get the chance to**:

- Manage and monitor the assigned projects, in contact with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and optimize the projects to be executed.
- Create and maintain documentation for the client, the projects, and service configurations.
- Manage client requests, document them, support the development team, and follow up on developments.
- Monitor and analyze project results, checking data consistency and trends to detect incidents or opportunities for service improvement.
- Create and supervise control dashboards for the generation and distribution of leads among management platforms.
- Proactively contribute to identifying areas of growth and new business opportunities in existing accounts.
- Participate in client meetings, prepare the corresponding minutes and reports, and report to the client.

**What will help you succeed**:

- Advanced English skills.
- Experience managing commercial accounts, clients, and projects in digital marketing agencies, digital business consultancies, contact centers, or similar environments.
- Experience as a coordinator or supervisor in contact centers is a plus.
- Knowledge of commercial campaigns, agent sizing, call distribution, agent campaign configurations, and call and sales KPIs.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead management, marketing automation, and performance marketing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO, SEM, and social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram); understanding these channels as lead sources is a plus.
- Experience handling CRM, project management tools, and ticket management tools.
